← VDC TEXAS INDEXMETHOD & HOW IT MOVES

The Method

This index measures how much of a firm's VDC/BIM practice is observable in the public record. It does not measure how good the firm is.

Daggregator — never scoresNEVER SCORES
Einference — never scoresNEVER SCORES

Aggregators (D) and inference (E) can orient a search but can never raise a position. A firm’s absence from an aggregator proves nothing either.

HOW IT MOVES · DAILY RECOMPUTE

Each morning at 06:00 CT a scheduled job re-reads the public sources, records any change to the data file, recomputes every OVI and CONF, and republishes. Every rank change is written to the public corrections record with its date and the document that caused it. OVI and CONF are computed on separate tracks and are never combined.
